disclaimers

There are ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS.

We pour a lot of time gathering ingredients, resources for making our treats, and several hours into baking and designing long before the day of the event. If there will be a cancellation, you will be forfeiting your deposit.

Full upfront payments are required for orders less than $100. Refunds will not be made for cancellations but be converted to store credit towards a future order.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold a date for orders above $100. Remember, a way to not lose your deposit is to apply it towards another order.

Return policy

Design must be specified sometimes weeks in advance depending on the type of event. This is to help us prepare for and work better towards achieving your desired design. Modifications (additions not previously stated at consultation) to designs after order is completed when accepted, comes with an additional charge.

NB: In the case of wedding cakes, design changes cannot be made after it is 1 month to the event.

design policy

We offer delivery for ONLY weddings, and selected events as determined by us.
Our flat delivery fee is $25 which covers the first 5 miles radius from our bakery, there is also a 0.55 cent per mile charge (both ways) outside our 5-mile radius.
If you choose to transport your cake yourself, please know that we are not liable for any accidents that may occur to your Treats. You are expected to have a clean vehicle with nothing in the way of rolling or dropping onto your cake. Be sure to be gentle as you drive and don’t slam the brakes as this may cause your cake to slide, tip or slam onto the inside of the vehicle.
We are no longer liable for any of our products once they have been picked up or delivered. Our job ends when your cake has been delivered or picked up. Leaving your cake outside the event center can cause deformation due to heat and sometimes, humidity. It is also advised that all leftovers are refrigerated to keep cakes in a safe to consume state.

Delivery policy

Serving your cakes larger than 1” by 2” by 4” (length, breadth, height) will make your cake run out and serve under what had been calculated based on the size agreed to or chosen by you for your cake. This is the standard cake serving size that was put into consideration during the process of making an order in correlation to the expected number of guests specified during consultation. If cakes run out because larger than the standard slices were served, we will not be responsible for additional cakes.

Serving portion disclaimer

Our Treats could contain milk, eggs, butter, soy, wheat, USDA approved coloring, nuts, and by-products of nuts. Please do not consume our products if you are allergic to any of the above as we will not be liable.
